The Wiseman Hamilton Foundation is registered with the Canada Revenue Agency under business number 72597 1337RR0001 

It was recognized by The Canada Revenue Agency as a Charitable Foundation on November 30, 2020.  

The Co-Founders of the Foundation are Colleen Hamilton and Sandy Wiseman  

Under Canadian law, this Foundation can accept donations and provide Tax Receipts.  

Donations to the Foundation will be managed within the mandate of the Foundation with all decision making at the sole discretion of the Board of the Foundation.  

Donations made by the Foundation will be determined by the Board of the Foundation. Such payments will be made at least annually and in accordance with the laws pertaining to charitable foundations in Canada and Ontario.  

Requests for donations will be reviewed by the Board of the Foundation against the criteria determined by the Board. 

Only registered charities are eligible to receive a donation from the Foundation.  

The Board is governed by a Trust Agreement prepared by Beard Winter LLP and entered into by all Board Members.
